Aquarius in Each of the Twelve Houses

Celestial Download
Aquarius is the Waterbearer, that's depicted on the Star card in tarot. Cosmic currents flow in, to awaken, inspire and act as a beacon on the distant horizon. At the New Moon in Aquarius, we catch sight of a possible future. It's a vision of a different way to think and be, that at first can seem odd, strange.
Look to the house, where cosmic Aquarius (Sun-Moon) energies are swirling. This is your scene for breakthroughs and web of allies, like minds and rallying for a cause. It's where you're apt to be radical, a word meaning "of roots" -- you're acting from your unique essence, instead of conforming to the norms.
Aquarius New Moon in the First House: (House of Aries and Mars) New Moon wishes to do with your self-image -- your look and personality. Look for fresh combinations, and spend time with those that celebrate your eccentricities. Aquarius in the first, as your rising sign, gives you a friendly, but cool way with others. You find rapport with wildly varying kinds of people. This lunation favors being noticed, so being visible for chance encounters leads to new friendships. What's original, even odd about you attracts, and your circles widen. Spend time cleaning the antennae, for clear psychic guidance. Great time for: acupuncture or energy healing; making an impression (with clients, employers, first dates); meeting new people.
Aquarius New Moon in the Second House: (House of Taurus and Venus) If Aquarius flavors your house of money, possessions and values, you thrive with a lot of freedom. It could be time to download new ideas to do with your livelihood. How does what's quirky, stimulating to others and unique find its place in the cultural marketplace? Are your investments bringing a return? 'Tis also time to streamline, release what's dead weight, and make room for the new. Take time to vision your ideal (productive) day -- is it time for change? This lunation is about bringing commonsense to your wild, and potentially lucrative ideas. Great time for: considering collaborations; turning an odd obsession into a biz; invest in what's ahead of its time.
Aquarius New Moon in the Third House: (House of Gemini and Mercury) You're a social creature with Aquarius in the house of mingling, bright exchanges, and idea currents. Is it time to seek out more inspired company? These magazines, online subscriptions, group associations have run their course, time to clear space for the new. A lunation for broadcasting -- is it time for a new revamped site or profile? Or perhaps, it's time to step out of the matrix and into more real life encounters! What will bring your social house alive again? What kinds of fascinations get your wheels turning? Great time for: learning an unusual language; protecting privacy online; creative expression for a cause.
Aquarius New Moon in the Fourth House: (House of Cancer and the Moon) A home life with Aquarian mood lighting is unusual, with an emphasis on individual freedom. The New Moon here brings you back to that refuge, your sanctuary. What colors and designs fit your resonance now? It could bring on spontaneous rearranging, or sudden decisions (like moving altogether!) What kinds of stimulation is healthy, and what spins you out? Your home space is a place of inspired thinking. If circuits are jammed, what needs dialing down, and what tools will take you higher. Great time for: self-healing with tuning forks; new music downloads; meditation or creative corner in home; infusion of new or shake up with living arrangements.
Aquarius New Moon in the Fifth House: (House of Leo and the Sun) A New Moon to call in mediums of self-expression that bear your unique stamp. Your Aquarian fifth house makes you wildly creative -- if you've fallen into routine, what risks will get you back in the groove? One for romantic encounters with unlikely people -- across race, cultural or class lines. A friendship started now can be vivifying! Children figure prominently, and you might consider adoption, or embrace another unconventional route to parenting. Or you arrange to do something special, with your own. Great time for: bursts of creativity; claiming the spotlight; being generous with friends; showing your kinky side (in a relationship of trust).
Aquarius New Moon in the Sixth House: (House of Virgo and Mercury or Chiron) You bring an open Aquarian outlook to matters of health, and are open to the cutting edge of what's known. Take time to replenish, and see what crosses your radar. It's possible to experience breakthroughs, that lead to more ease in your daily rhythm. A boring, routine job is hard on your constitution. If you're looking for change with work, call in the unconventional set-up, with quirky co-workers you can learn from (and vice versa). Great time for: acupuncture or energy healing (reiki); taking the road less traveled with work.
Aquarius New Moon in the Seventh House: (House of Libra and Venus) Your relationship house is playing with Aquarius rules, where individual freedom is celebrated, over merging. A timely New Moon wish is for a lover, who is also a friend, with all the qualities you desire. It's also a romantic time with your beloved, to refresh your bond, especially if you've spent a lot of time apart. It's also fine time to consider your public image -- is it working for you? The 7th House is how we relate to our "audience," as the reflection of who we are. Good time for: talks that clear the air; soulstorming with a friend; pairing up for events or a date.
Aquarius New Moon in the Eighth House: (House of Scorpio and Pluto) Your psychic abilities are heightened, and you could astonish others or trigger them in some unexpected way. It's profound to tune into your intuition, but what comes through may be wierd, shocking or a catalyst for healing. Stream-of-consciousness writing takes you to unfamiliar, leading-edge places of your inner world. Potentially a time for spontaneous healing, of yourself or others. The adventurous could experiment with sexual healing, for enlightenment and the experience. Great time for: exploring shamanic techniques; looking at unusual investments; sexual experimentation/healing; breaking free of financial entanglements.
Aquarius New Moon in the Ninth House: (House of Sagittarius and Jupiter) Is it time to initiate a quest for knowledge? Your Aquarian 9th house thrives with freedom, when it comes to exploring new terrain, both of the mind and the globe. This New Moon could invoke wanderlust, and get you planning travel to some place off the beaten track. Or you might consider taking your study in an area to the next level. You might consider new philosophies or sciences that are unusual in some way. Great time for: taking a leap with learning; entertaining thoughts of journeys; connecting to people in other times and places (time travel?); jumping time lines; lucid dreaming; setting physical goals.
Aquarius New Moon in the Tenth House: (House of Capricorn and Saturn) When Aquarius is in the house of making your mark, that impression is striking in some way. You can be known in your field, as an expert, and ahead of your time. And then there's the legacy as offbeat, original or even a freaky dude or dudette. A New Moon here is time to hit the re-set button, for visioning and downtime. But you could have waves of ah-has that signal new directions with your life's work. Very high probability of a breakthrough here, or cracking through the confusion to a sense of purpose. Great time for: creating a vision board; talking to worldly friends about your path; tuning in to divine inspiration.
Aquarius New Moon in the Eleventh House: (House of Aquarius and Uranus) You're a natural in mixed company, with Aqua in your house of friendship as a way of life. This New Moon invites you to tune in to your ability to break the ice, find common ground, and parlay it into something good! Is it time to break your own isolation, and connect with meet-ups, or form alliances? Or perhaps you see a need to circle out of this clique and into others on your wavelength. Good time for: updating your friend list; seeking stimulating currents.
Aquarius New Moon in the Twelfth House: (House of Pisces and Neptune) Your Aquarius-lit house of mysticism gives you unusual intuitive gifts. The impressions you get are not of this world and therefore hard to translate. Aquarius is about drawing down fast-moving currents, to this realm. When it's in the house of mystery, the doors of perception are open, continually leading further down the rabbit hole! Be alert to breakthroughs, that come from being in quiet, protected atmospheres. Where you roam, will be greatly affected by the environment, so choose wisely. What music or art, books or movies, lift rather than degrade? Be ready for a creative breakthrough! Great time for: spiritual practices; new moon rituals; experimenting with free association or through a medium.

Ceres and Our Inner Emotional Life

Ceres connections in synastry can reveal how one person accepts (or doesn’t) their partner’s nurturing. “Nurturing” is defined as caring for someone, and fostering their growth. Ceres (or Demeter) is named after the Goddess of the crops. She had a daughter (Persephone) and they were close. So close, in fact, that Ceres never wanted to let her go. Then Pluto (or Hades) kidnapped Persephone and dragged her off to the Underworld. Ceres’ grief was intense. In retaliation, she denied mankind their food by making the crops wither and die; she was hurting, so everyone else would as well. A deal was eventually struck with Pluto, and Persephone was allowed to spend part of the year above ground, with her mother. This was when Ceres allowed the crops to grow. When Persephone spent the rest of the year below ground, the crops were dormant. So Ceres’ cycle of growth and loss reflects the cycle of life. In your chart, her sickle-shaped glyph describes how you handle that cycle.Aspects to Cer

When You Should Get Your Birth Chart Done

Have you ever gotten your 'chart done'? In the field of astrology, a 'chart' is a representation that demonstrates the position of the planets, Sun and moon at a particular moment in time. The position of each planet, its movement and relationship with other celestial bodies can give an astrologer insight as to the influences in play at that particular time. There are 5 times in life when you should consider having a chart drawn up. When You Discover Astrology Once you discover the field of astrology, it’s a worthwhile investment to get a natal chart done. Everyone’s chart is unique because a full chart deals with not just your birth date, but the specific minute and location of your birth. Some people try to draw up their own natal charts using a website or book—and while this might give you an accurate plotting of the chart, only someone trained and experienced in astrology can truly interpret it. There is more to interpreting a chart than just reading a l

Essential Oils That are Harmful to Dogs.

On a Saturday night, a dog owner arrived home late and noticed that their dog was acting strange and did not recognize them. The owner initially thought that the dog was experiencing a night terror, but the odd behavior continued into Sunday. Upon realizing that a new diffuser had been running in the home, the owner turned it off, and the dog's condition improved on Sunday afternoon. However, the next day, the dog sitter reported that the animal was hiding under the bed and acting abnormally. The owner left work early to check on the dog and discovered that it was still disoriented and confused. The owner decided to take the dog to the emergency vet, where it was discovered that the tea tree oil used in the diffuser was toxic for dogs. Fortunately, the dog's liver was not damaged, but the animal required fluids to remove the toxins from its system. The vet and poison control specialists advised that they have seen an increase in similar cases as the use of essential oils grows
