Exercises to Develop Psychic Powers

Psychic powers can be developed. There are many exercises that you can practice at home to develop your Psychic powers. Techniques and exercises that I am sharing can be practiced by anyone. The more you practice the easier it becomes.

Techniques that I share with you is not invented by me. It has a history of more than 6000 years! Those techniques came through generation to generations in the form of "Sutras" or Sculptures. Some of the techniques are renovated so that a common man can also practice to get success and thereby he can live a unique life!

Simple Exercises to develop Psychic Powers

     1. Alpha state meditation Exercise

Alpha state meditation is a simple yet effective technique to unleash the power of mind. Before practicing any spiritual practice or mindfulness exercise one must get himself into Alpha state. Alpha state is a state of mind where brain has the electrical activity between 7 and 13 cycles per minute.

      2.  Simple Pranayama Exercise

Pranayama is a technique to provide sufficient flow of Prana or life energy into our body through the control of breath. You will hardly make good spiritual progress without the practice of Pranayama. Pranayama begins with a simple exercise to regulate breath. Through the continues practice of Pranayama one can develop all the Psychic abilities and also immense bliss and pleasure.

3. Trataka or Gazing

Trataka is one of the advanced practices to open up the third eye or Ajna Chakra. It is said that if one practice Trataka for 51 days, the practitioner will get the ability of clairvoyance, telekinesis, distant healing and Psychokinesis.

Trataka could be defined as the ability to gaze at a star, sun, image or any object with an incredible concentration without twinkling the eye.  Although Trataka is very difficult for a beginner - through the constant practice, one can master the technique of Trataka.

4. Chakra cleansing and strengthening

Chakras are called as energy centers. There are 7 Chakras in our body. Every chakra governs many areas of our life. For example if Muladhara chakra governs our physical areas of life, Anahata chakra will govern love and emotional life. Sufficient amount of energy in certain chakras will give happiness and contentment in that particular areas while insufficient amount of energy will make the person to suffer from many ailments and loss.

To get psychic powers one must make sure that all the chakras are healthy and free from all the pranic blocks.

Signs of developing Psychic ability:

1. Strong or sudden intuition of feelings about a person, place or object.

2. A deep certainty that takes over your whole being.

3. Synchronicities and coincidences occurring in your life.

4. Perceiving patterns of events and experiences.

The universe is made up of energy.

Everything is made up of energy: what appears to be solid is made up of vibrating particles, atoms and molecules. According to psychic theory, all the beings that live in the universe are made up of vibrating energies. The higher and faster the frequency, the higher the plane of the universe.

Psychic development will teach you how to raise and lower your vibration at will. This allows communication with spirits of higher frequencies and also means that you can direct and change energies through extrasensory powers. Spoon bending and telekinesis are examples of this.

All power exists within you

Once you understand these basic principles, you will realize that the power to draw on all of the resources of the invisible and visible Universes exists inside you.

By learning to project your will and change your vibration through altering your state of consciousness, you will begin to develop your psychic powers. That power is already within you. You simply may not have realized it yet.

The exercises that I have shared with you will help you to develop your belief in yourself as a psychic and through this you can also live a happy and peaceful life.

As someone who takes an interest in Quantum Physics and Mechanics, the part talking about how everything is made out of energy hit home. After all, everything is energy, each atom influencing another, so it makes sense to work on one's focus and sensory perception in order to improve or develop psychic powers.

I find that mandalas aid the development of Trataka. If one stares into the very center of the mandala, soon one will perceive motion at the outside edges or the sensation of "entering" the mandala. It is said that a very good mandala "pulls the gaze to its center".

This is good stuff to peruse. I have often thought of what the world would be like if mankind had embraced the extra senses rather than deny them.

Actually I just recently had a psychic experience. I do a lot of Alpha meditation using special audio's. I was going to chat to a friend one evening online this week, but she didn't come online nor sent me a message. I couldn't sleep that night so I did my meditation. I could clearly see her before me crying and I knew something had happened. We spoke the next day and she told me she had actually been crying that night.

Ceres and Our Inner Emotional Life

Ceres connections in synastry can reveal how one person accepts (or doesn’t) their partner’s nurturing. “Nurturing” is defined as caring for someone, and fostering their growth. Ceres (or Demeter) is named after the Goddess of the crops. She had a daughter (Persephone) and they were close. So close, in fact, that Ceres never wanted to let her go. Then Pluto (or Hades) kidnapped Persephone and dragged her off to the Underworld. Ceres’ grief was intense. In retaliation, she denied mankind their food by making the crops wither and die; she was hurting, so everyone else would as well. A deal was eventually struck with Pluto, and Persephone was allowed to spend part of the year above ground, with her mother. This was when Ceres allowed the crops to grow. When Persephone spent the rest of the year below ground, the crops were dormant. So Ceres’ cycle of growth and loss reflects the cycle of life. In your chart, her sickle-shaped glyph describes how you handle that cycle.Aspects to Cer...

Venus in Aquarius: What to Expect

What's Up:   Take note, Venus is in Aquarius from March 5th to April 5th in 2014.  The fresh air whirls around in love and friendship, with Venus in this air sign.  This follows a long, 'heavy' time with Venus in Capricorn (early Nov 2013 to March 5th).  The 2014 March forecast features Venusian behavior, with aspects that free relationships from deeply ingrained patterns.  A key word is freedom, to update our social lives, to align with who we've become and are becoming.  Social Buzz Venus has been under the influence of Saturn, the planet of responsibility while in Capricorn.  Now the love planet has some  breathing room  in this air sign--  what's favored is meeting others in a friendly, detached way. The Venus Aquarius  natives  are restless, and ready to break with convention.  The same tired way of engaging, stilted etiquette and the habits of being  politicall...

The Sun Signs and Friendship

Friendship is an essential part of our lives and sometimes friends matter more than our immediate family and its members. It is said that even the Devil has his own friends. In astrology the 11th house is said to rule friends and their relationships. Astrology gives much importance to relationships like spouses, partners or lovers but friendship related issues are usually shooed off. But in this age where divorce rates are going over the roof friendship is what makes people to remain glued together come what may. Apart from the 11th house, the 4th, 5th and the 7th houses also have their say in friendship. Some astrologers say that the 11th house is a social house. The 3rd-house friendships are with neighbors, the 4th house rules friends with whom we live and are part of the our family, 5th-house friendships are with people we go out and have fun with, 7th-house friends are particularly close and in a partnership, and 9th-house friendships are those we form in educational situatio...
